A midweek getaway by the ocean and just a two hour drive, is all I need. Santa Barbara is one of our favorite places to be. Is anyone else pulling out all of their whites and trying to wear them ASAP? While I fully admit to doing this, I am also pulling items I can continue to wear into Fall and beyond. White easily transitions into every season, especially if you layer in various shades of whites, creams and fabrics with texture. I love mixing up whites as I transition into Fall style!

With dresses, I lean towards classic more fitted styles, but this past year I have been loving flowy and airy silhouettes. I am drawn to feminine, sometimes frilly looks, but I love a good neutral color, and most certainly won’t pass up a bold color or pattern. So, a bit of everything, always depending on the occasion, of course. Most importantly, it is not just the quality and fit of a dress, but a dress that I am excited to wear, again and again.
