I’d like to welcome 2021 with open arms, an open heart and an open mind. The heaviness of 2020 has truly put life into perspective. As we enter the new year, I will gather what I learned, reflect on my growth and use it as motivation to embrace whats most important. There is much to hold gratitude for.
January 1 is just the day after December 31, and yes, things are exactly how we left them. But a new year, always means a fresh start, right? Resetting and now shifting my approach to a positive and happier mindset is perfectly ok. There can be room for joy and lightheartedness, as well as reflection and compassion during this uncertain time.
Over the past year, I am grateful for …
Not pictured, but most definitely grateful for, is being able to juggle my work (producing four unexpected national virtual events and fundraising during a pandemic), Zoom preschool, FaceTime, family and friends (near and far), blog content research, and home renovation planning … to name a few.
For 2021, I simply want to break up our day-to-day routines, search for fun, relish in life’s little wins, improve my efforts in making meaningful investments, publish content that makes me happy and inspires others, give back to do good, and continue to make strides as a business owner.
Au revoir 2020 … bienvenue 2021!
